- Exposure to different styles of manufacturing and new ways of thinking about part and assembly design - Use of problem-solving skills to design new fixtures as well as updating old fixtures for new parts- Management of multiple projects to timely completion - Implemented GD+T updates to drawings due to part changes or request from quality department and customers - Solidworks, Siemens NX, Creo CAD for variety of projects. Experience with NX CAM programing- LEEN activity to organize and catalog stock for use in fixturing and other engineering projects, estimated $250K in savings with potential for much more. - Work with machinists and designers, learning about processes and how parts are made - Projects- Top level assembly management and assistance, 3D printable and modular tool trays, Tool design, Fixture design (Vacuum, mechanical, etc.), Assembly documentation, Stock organization
