Godrej Consumer Supplies Ltd is a subsidiary plant set up by GCPL, where I am overseeing production and day to day operations under my mentors and senior engineers of GCPL.-Oversaw the early production of a new plant and starting operations, delving into multiple roles and functions, primary role of being a Shift Incharge.-Helped the team to achieve the targeted output within 19 days of joining, by working overtime and in shifts.-Took complete ownership in the project by providing the operators with necessary inputs during production, and also helped maintain floor discipline and ensuring orderliness for the visit of top functionaries.

Selected in the Mukya Mantri Seekho Kamao Yojna (MMSKY) a programme for young engineers to learn about the industry.Left after a month for career building purposes.
