* Conduct preventive maintenance and repair work on facility installed systems.* Carry out maintenance checks on facility buildings and outbuildings.* Operate all Fire Alarm systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs.* Inspect the facility and report on condition affecting operations.* Adhere to all HSE procedures and requirements.* Meet with client and consultant and report to the Project Manager.* Inspectthe facility for any inquiries and cost the same for the Annual Maintenance Contracts and Projects.* Pass the civil inspection for all the facilities with no comments from the government authorities.* Attend civil defense inspections for all types of property and clearing the snag list.

* Prepare contracts for maintenance facilities, presented information on service levels.* Assure that facilities meet government regulations as pert company procedures and policies.* Coordinate activities regarding the project and maintenance of facilities, equipment and systems. * Implement and monitorinspection programs to meet high customer service level.* Prepare scope of Work for new projects, BOQ for fire alarm and suppression, high-rise buildings.* Visit site for AMC based on the requirements of Civil defense department in Qatar.
