If you're going to do something, do it right, and do it well. From a young age, I was independent and understood what I wanted and needed very well. I am self-aware and outgoing and because of this, I direct and lead with passion. I don’t merely ask someone to do something, I demonstrate and exemplify exactly what I am requesting of my peers and fellow teammates. I develop my passions by going deep rather than wide. I enjoy knowing a lot about a little rather than knowing a little about a lot because I want to be the best I can be at what I care about. Instilled in me are the makings of a team leader: Confidence, curiosity, and the drive to not just demand results, but to work with my team and get the job done. In the workplace, I desire a leadership role that focuses on the planning stages of projects and tasks. I enjoy creating and sticking to a sound structure that promotes mutual respect for all individuals involved. I am dependable and I seek to serve others while pushing everyone to be their best selves.I plan to lead my own record label that emphasizes the rebirth of American Blues and Rock, focusing my energy in an industry that is as much creative as it is business driven.
