In addition to the services we provide through The Predictive Index, IN2GREAT also provides leadership development utilizing the Clarity Based Leadership model created by Bob Borcherdt and Nicki McLeod.In my prior experience I was responsible for leading a national surety bond brokerage with 20+ employees, communicating the vision and mission throughout the organization, and managing underwriting, sales, processing, marketing, and business development strategies. I led the organization to significant growth thanks to the collaboration and dedication of the team. I am motivated by the opportunity to bring valuable change to the marketplace and develop an environment for teams to grow in their skillset and capabilities.At home, I am the father to 4 wonderful kids a husband to the best wife a guy could ask for.
