My experience includes successfully implementing greenfield procurement functions and providing support to established purchasing teams, which has enabled me to develop a comprehensive understanding of purchasing strategies and processes.Over the past two decades, I have acquired extensive expertise in category and contract management across a diverse range of areas including Marketing, IT, Professional Services, Finance, HR, Recruitment, SaaS, Facilities, Catering, Insurance, and Fleet. Additionally, I have gained valuable experience in successfully executing building moves, office mergers, and fit-out projects. During my career, I have served at Board level and actively participated in various steering committees, further enhancing my leadership capabilities and strategic decision-making skills.As with previous roles my current responsibilities are split with Operations, demonstrating an acumen to process efficiency, system implementation and consolidation, in cross departmental and company environments.
