· Serves as Dispelix Go-To-Market Team Liaison, using ideas, best practices, and data which led to a more seamless communication and coordination avenues with our Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Product Teams.· Creates, manages, and automates Dispelix social media channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) leading to an increase in followers by over 55%.· Uses social media analytics tools to gather data on customer interaction measuring campaign success where we were able to get a better understanding of our audience to get an advantage against competitors.· Conducts market research and transforms that data to recommend opportunity targets for the marketing and sales teams allowing us to improve our marketing strategies for our customers.· Lead all inbound sales inquiries, serving as Dispelixs’ first point of contact. Conducts first analysis of B2B customer interest, leading to sales of sample products leading to an increase of sales of 10 clients a month.
