- Develop and/or modify 4000+ important cybersecurity metrics to help Fortune 500 companies and their security team focus on data points that are the most crucial to the continuity of business functions and harden their cyber defenses and deficiencies by at least 15% and increase their library of metrics by over 300% over the previous year - During engagements, perform services that were sold to clients along with expanding the business of the firm by consulting and discovering deficiencies of the clients in regards to cybersecurity so the sales team and PwC partners are able to offer additional services which on average increases revenue by 12.5% over the initial engagement- Compile a list of 300 of the biggest banks, insurance companies, and brokerage firms in the United States along with their executive officers and create a list of multiple ways to contact each executive via their office/personal telephone, LinkedIn profile page, email address, etc. to enable the sales team and PwC partners to grow the business of the firm by over 20 new clients- Mapped the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) controls to dozens of Center of Internet Security (CIS), HITRUST CSF, and ISO 27001 controls to assist executives in America’s Fortune 500 companies in having better insight in their company’s security posture of their organization and assist them with complying with the industries best practices and federal standards

-Created fun and interactive lesson plans every week for 7-9 preschool students which lead to faster learning of a foreign language (English) by 17% compared to the competing schools in the area-Engaged in sales for the school by generating leads via our email campaigns, SMS campaign, and cold calling that targeted likelycustomers within a 10 kilometer radius of the school which lead to a 300% increase in the number of full-time students during thefirst year and a 100% increase in the number of full-time students during the second and third year-Planned and coordinated events for the kids in the community for major American holidays such as Halloween, Christmas, and Easter which saw roughly a 25% increase in enrollment year after year-Encouraging and engaging students to speak in English-Motivating students and using humor to induce a pleasant learning environment-Write reports for the the director and the parents regarding the performance of the students weekly

-Perform monthly cybersecurity risk assessments and controls testing using the NIST CSF and battalion SOPs as the framework to base the unit’s cybersecurity posture on and give unit leaders a clear picture as to what needs to be done and what is expected of them in the coming months leading to 100% compliance with the 5 functions of the NIST CSF-Organized the establishment, operation, and training of telecommunications and computer networking for over 500 soldiers located within a 150-mile radius of the headquarters-Develop and implement the proper communications Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within my section where 100% of the section was technically and tactically ready for pre-training required before their deployment-Tripled the physical security and doubled the amount of cyber security user training provided to the battalion versus my predecessor to where the battalion had zero major incidents during my tenure-Conducted regular internal and external cyber monitoring operations to better train the communications section of the battalion to better deal with potential incidents coming from a variety of different sources which resulted in 0% detected breeches -Advised the commander and staff on all communication issues-Develop policies and procedures for the battalion regarding communications
