In my current role, I manage named enterprise accounts in the segments of government, education and healthcare in Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama and Cincinnati area. * Managed the college's dedicated support team responsible for all critical services from file and print services to SAN clusters and VMWare server farm hosted web and database applications.* Designed, developed and implemented a fully customized content management system for the college that allowed them to launch a modernized and dynamic web presence unlike anything they had previously imagined possible.* Designed and developed a fully automated video capture system allowing for simple scheduled collection of lectures and special events from multiple concurrent locations within the building. I fully integrated this custom PHP application with the University Active Directory system to afford the single sign-on functionality and role based security features necessary to fulfill each of the rights and access concerns of the faculty and administrators.* Responsible for the design, implementation and daily support of the college's IT infrastructure.* Made or strongly influenced decisions and planning involving purchases or implementation of appropriate technologies to address the immediate business needs at hand as well as planning for future growth and scalability.

* Responsible for the design, implementation and daily support of strategic business unit’s IT infrastructure for the eastern region’s health insurance business process outsourcing line of business.* Supporting a global enterprise class network from a systems, connectivity and security standpoint. My production infrastructure spans many countries world wide.* Frequently work without immediate supervision to accomplish high impact, high priority designs and deployments under tight time and budget constraints.* All infrastructures and services supported by my team and I, weremanaged to be fully compliant with security and process management recommendations set forth in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act as well as the HIPPAA privacy rule.* My management duties have included maintaining payroll, HR relations, reviews, interviews etc. for a team of approximately 100 production employees including but not limited to a team of Sr. level networking and systems engineers.* Responsible for daily direct communications with clients to discuss issues or enhancements with products or services being provided.* Make or strongly influence decisions and planning involving purchases or implementation of appropriate technologies to address the immediate business needs at hand as well as planning for future growth and scalability.* I was lead engineer on a project to build a regional disaster recovery datacenter facility using latest NAS and SAN technologies from Network Appliance (Netapp), Brocade and virtualization software form VMWare. This environment mirrors the same high availability NO SPOF(no single point of failure) infrastructure that we deploy into our production datacenters. Real time data replication between our production and disaster recovery Netapp infrastructures will allow a complete restoration of production services within a 24 hour window affording optimal business continuity.
