Phantom Fireworks is a year around fireworks store that has helped me see the inside and day to day functions of a business. Phantom is a corporate operated fireworks company that strives to sell the best fireworks on the market.- Trained employees on register/inventory systems in order to achieve a higher quality of work during the busiest months of the year.- Assisted customers with their needs over the phone and in person so that there was less traffic in and out of the store- Helped store reach sales of $1 million+ in 4 different years as a part of the management team. Most recently in 2024, the store had the largest day of sales on the 4th of July across the entire company.- Tracked daily sales numbers using Excel and other digital applications to determine what was and wasn't selling

The Youth Assistance Program is an early intervention advocate program that serves the underprivileged youth of Hamilton County. During the summers, they had a program that helped ensure that children in these areas would still have access to meals outside of school. My specific tasks included: -Working with other volunteers to provide food for those who need it in one of the busiest food banks in Indiana-Ensured consistency within the group by cleaning others stations so that the group could continue being efficient-Recruited new volunteers so that more food could be given out, leading to a bigger impact on the community-Used organizational systems to maximize efficiency and ensure we make the most meals possible.
