After spending close to 3 years at Wipro in various HR functions such as Performance Management, Recruitment, Employee Shared Services, Learning & Development & HR Operations, my people operations abilities have strengthened. Wipro being a large & structured set-up offered me a comprehensive background in deploying human capital strategies & a process-driven approach to support business growth & maintain a competitive advantage.With this experience, it dawned upon me that start-ups who fail to have an HR strategy & process in place are setting up for failure in the future. Therefore, I set forth to venture into the start-up world with my stint as an HR & Business Operations Manager at Naran Chirakkal Corporate. My role here forayed & dwelled deeper into the People Advisory & Employee Relations while covering the entire gamut of HR activities including Engagement, L&D, PMS, & Talent Acquisition & Development.Having championed employee engagement & change management frameworks that support the vision & goals of the organization & conducted strategic interventions to engage, develop & build talent & increase retention.Over the years, I’ve gained HR Expertise, which I combine with my innate passion for people & my keen business acumen, enabling me to drive transformational initiatives that are fully aligned with the strategic direction of the organization while engaging leaders, helping individual employees to feel more fulfilled & carving career paths that meet objectives.One of my key contributions was to help my organization build its capacity to change, manage the change & achieve greater effectiveness by developing, improving & reinforcing strategies, structures & processes.I am credited for Compensation and benefits (70%), employee relations (10%), and HR operations (20%).
