Championed the delivery of HR programs and initiatives for the company’s high-profile Sonicare Oral Healthcare business unit, spanning over 300 employees in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, and other key roles. Served as a member of the Oral Healthcare executive team, partnering with the GM to adopt workforce planning and talent acquisition/management strategies to support the continued growth of the business. Worked closely with teams of HR partners and HR Centers of Excellence around the globe to ensure strategic alignment.

Scope of HR accountabilities grew via promotion to include multiple global geographies, including the acquisition of the Image Guided Intervention business unit. In addition, scope of HR support included the Ultrasound R&D function encompassing 500+ employees. Worked closely with teams of HR partners and COE’s around the globe to ensure strategic alignment, maximize service to matrixed client groups and ensure the formation of respected business partnerships.

Responsible for the strategic leadership and execution of HR services for a 400+ member R&D group spanning several US locations. Partnered with executives and on-site HRBP’s to design and implement a broad range of HR solutions in the areas of organizational effectiveness, systems integration, compensation, organizational climate surveying, performance management, workforce planning, change management, recruiting, and retention—all centered around the specific business objectives of the assigned business units.
