Employment Counselor in Monmouth County helping those that are in need of assistance, guidance and direction in their time of need. We exhaust every resource possible to help people get back in the workforce on a level where they can continue to support themselves and their families. With my past time, I give back to the game I love by running a program for youth basketball. JSL(Jersey Shore Lightning) Hoops program allow kids to consistantly train and play basketball year round. The #1 goal is to hopefully develop kids into strong college student-athletes. Our character building program is to help kids on all economic levels realize and reach their full potential by emphasizing and reinforcing the need to succeed in both academics & sports.I have 17 years of experience, including Employment & Training Counselor, Program Director and Summer Recreation Director in industries including Executive, Legislative, and General Government, Except Finance, Justice, Public Order, and Safety and Educational Services.I have been working as a Employment & Training Counselor at Monmouth County from February 2006 until the present time.My skills and experiences include: budgeting, counseling, database administration, desktop publishing, event management, inventory management, needs analysis, policy analysis, project management, scanners, staffing, switches, teaching, tutoring.I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kean University as well as a certification in Public Management.
