Sports and Law are two industries that people don’t often associate with each other. When you’re sitting down to watch your favorite team play, one often isn’t thinking about the legal intricacies that went into making that event possible. As a former Football player and graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law, the intersection of these industries is something that I am passionate about. While in law school, I was simultaneously a member of the University of Wyoming Football Team. I believe that Football has given me unique skills that translate not only to the work force, but specifically the legal field. As a current Post Graduate Intern with the NCAA’s Office of Legal Affairs, I am excited to use my work ethic, team skills, and growing legal knowledge to contribute to the robust area of Sports Law.
