Thank you for visiting my profile.While was pursuing my Electrical Engineering, I found myself fascinated with Human Resources. I therefore decided to pursue a post graduate degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management.During my internship I chanced to come across an intensive program on Recruitment, which offered comprehensive insights and backed that up with actual on the job training.My internship at Spectrum Consulting evolved into an employment with Spectrum Consulting.One lucky accident led to another.Not only did I get to work as a recruiter but also got initiated into the world of Social Media as Spectrum was reinventing itself as a comprehensive provider of Social Media solutions.I discovered my strengths in research and curating content.Curating Content led to a lot of analysis and which helped us come with an intrinsic understanding of the characteristics of Social Media which in turn led us to the formulation of a framework for understanding Social Media and laid the foundations on which our training and consulting offerings were rolled out.Constant application, research, delivery and roll out of our training programs and Consulting assignments underlines the recurring importance of engagement.
