I believe that the foundation of security is trust and that trust is essential to sustain enduring relationships. It is because of that trust that I am in security and strive to help our clients secure their trust that they have been granted by their community. I work with our clients to help solve their problems through careful listening, thoughtful questioning, and pulling from our wide network of in-house team members and friends in the industry that want to help solve industry issues. I strive to solve problems not to simply sell. In an industry like information, it easy to become a commodity and sell a test or a product. That is not what we do, we strive to solve issues.I oversee the growth of Caliber Security Partners and ensure that the way we are operating is in line with our goals. I do this through very specific goal setting in the short-term that ties into our long-term goals. Each and every aspect of performance needs to be purposeful and in-line with the organization that we would like to be a year from now, three years from now, even 10 years from now. The weekly goals that we strive to hit each and every week will lead us to where we want to be as a company. I report to the CEO to ensure we are on target for the vision we have set forth as a company and suggest ways to improve ourselves to get to where we want to be culturally, financially, and operationally. I make sure we run a tight ship and ensure every effort made by those in our organization are meaningful and productive. A strategic vision is just a dream unless it is properly planned, documented, executed, evaluated, refined and reviewed. My job is to put that vision into action.

Improve operational systems, processes, and policies to support Caliber Security Partners' long-term growth goals.

I work closely with high school student athletes to help them achieve their athletic goals. I work with throwers on a wide spectrum of ability and drive and strive to hold each thrower to their perspective goals and desired outcomes based on what they would like to gain from their experience as a thrower.

I help kids to throw things further and accomplish goals that they want to achieve in regards to their athletic performance.
