  - Research and identify receivables from CalSTRS members, counties, and school districts to post corresponding checks and ACH payments.- Create and post payments accurately to the SAP ERP system.- Track and analyze daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts.- Conduct a monthly banking fee analysis.- Manage shared inboxes in Microsoft Outlook, addressing inquiries about payments and receivables.- Track, archive, and discard sensitive documents such as checks, daily reconciliation reports, and confidential member information.- Review, resolve, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding deposit issues and timeliness.- Ensure all payments received accurately reflect invoice amounts.- Work with multiple business areas to ensure all outstanding receipts have been received, reviewed, and processed timely within internal SAP ERP.
