I was the project manager for several small-medium-sized projects (<£100k) or as part of a team on large, multi-year projects and programmes with complex stakeholder engagement and numerous deliverables (>£800k).A highlight of this role was driving new sustainability- and stakeholder engagement-related work at an international level in OSW, and raising the profile of the need for a just transition for workers as we move to a decarbonised economy.

The role focused on delivering offshore wind (OSW) and renewable energy-related consultancy work for clients across Asia where I supported or led work for clients in China and Japan.

I worked collaboratively with research groups such as Wolfson College Fellows, Shaping Horizons, and the Centre for Industrial Sustainability at the University of Cambridge to gain experience in academic research and support teaching in topics such as climate change, finance, and development economics. These learnings resulted in some of my MPhil research being published in a peer-reviewed journal in 2021.
