CurrentResponsible for developing innovative technology solutions and operations across all business units including Sales & Marketing (Website, Mobile App iOS and Android, CRM), Customer Experience & Contact Center, Retail, Consumer Financing, Insurance, and Payments, Fintech apps, HR, Clinical solutions, R&D, Manufacturing and Procurement spanning across 15 countries. Also lead the technology and engineering teams that manage public and private Cloud and Data Center systems and Network Infrastructure, Information Security, Enterprise Support and Service Management, Collaborative and Corporate business unit tools. Key focus areas include custom app development and deploying a wide array of digitally secure solutions focused on improving the customer experience while automating and improving back-end architectures. Report monthly to the Board of Directors for Cyber Security, SOX, PCI, FDA, Risk Mgt, and other regulatory matters. Presented to the US Congress on AI and Tele Health / Tele Dentistry in support of shaping AI healthcare legislation. Managed the AI and ML solutions development across both consumer mobile applications and business support functions. Those achievements include leading the teams to create a mobile app scanner to capture specific objects with real time user guidance. Other AI technology solutions include several use cases for non-clinical services including using Natural Language Processing via IVR, chat, email and back end automated resolutions and predictive next best actions for team members using generative AI built on custom and publicly available LLM’s.
