As a Broker at Evans, Elder, Brown & Seubert, I work closely with industry professionals, gaining practical expertise in various aspects of commercial real estate, such as property research, market analysis, leasing, and investment strategies. Holding an active real estate broker license in Oregon allows me to engage in activities ranging from property sales to leasing agreements.At the University of Oregon, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship. My passion lies in real estate investment, development, and operational dynamics. As an active member, and analyst, of the Real Estate Investment Group on campus, I immerse myself in discussions and activities that deepen my understanding of the industry and its opportunities.In addition to my academic pursuits, I have co-founded and managed a successful short-term rental business. My experiences at Kidsports and Mount Tom House have also contributed significantly to my skill set. These roles involved financial discussions, advisory positions in service pricing, event planning, and coordination with others. Through these experiences, I have come to understand the critical importance of communication, collaboration, and attentive listening in achieving success.
