Hired in 2004 to work on the Future Combat Systems program as part of the Test and Assessment Reporting Team. During this time, I led the team in development of Data Requirements identification, collection, assessment, and final report preparation for four major test events in the New Mexico desert. The following are a couple of my significant accomplishments during this time:•Managed an in-depth assessment of requirements for unattended ground sensors resulting in the development and coordination of data for collection during four test events in a desert environment. •Developed, coordinated, and published and the processes and procedures for data collection, analysis, and publication of technical documentation during four major test events.Following the programs re-structuring in 2010; my position was eliminated.

* Advised senior DoD leadership on all operational testing of the Patriot Advanced Capability-3 weapon system prior to its fielding to active units.* Participated as member of a Joint Analysis Team in review and approval of test activities and reports reducing between 30 and 60 days the time required for staffing and concurrence of documentation.* Directly responsible for maintaining and updating an extensive library of classified documents relating to the history, development, testing, and future of the Patriot Weapon System. * Established and maintained a computerized index of over 3,000 classified documents for reference by chain-of-command and support contractors.

* As the Operations Officer for the Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2) Operational Test, planned, coordinated, scheduled, and executed a $50 Million Division-Level Operational Test involving over 3,000 soldiers and 1,000 combat and tactical vehicles. * Coordinated on daily basis the availability of FORSCOM units to participate in operational test activities during their routine field training exercises resulting in an estimated cost savings to the government of at least $1M per event as no monies were required for additional contractor support. * Reviewed on a quarterly basis test requirements versus available equipment allowing a lead time for notification of FORSCOM units of up to six months prior to test event for inclusion into their training schedules and planning cycles.* Responsible for daily operations for a workforce of over 125 personnel. * Established issue tracking system for FBCB2 test that allowed for eventual resolution of over 60 high-level management issues involving digitized communication testing.

* Prioritized and focused the work efforts of nine Department of Defense civilian engineers, over 50 support contractors, and over 500 prime and support hardware contractors. * Supervised and directed maintenance activities of these experimental radar systems between the Army and contractors for use and testing at the White Sands Missile Range. * Coordinated the participation of radar systems in target discrimination and characterization tests in the central Pacific.* Organized and directed the procurement and use of over $2M of computer hardware and software for use in development of user interfaces with the THAAD system. * Managed the involvement of radar systems in integration tests on national test ranges.* Directed the development and transfer to the user of full-scale training devices for a complete radar system. * Managed the technical development of a complex generator system with a budget of $10 Million.

* Directed and coordinated the involvement of soldiers into a concurrent design process for the graphical user interface of the THAAD Radar. This unique approach allowed software engineers and soldiers to interact in the development of user interfaces eliminating a previous sequential process involving rewriting a minimum of 100 lines of software code at an approximate cost of $20K per line.* Developed the operational requirement documents and monitored system developments to support user requirements for the THAAD ballistic missile defense system, reviewing on a regular basis threat capabilities to ensure that specifications accurately reflected operational warfighting needs.
