The Orr Fellowship is a two year entrepreneurial fellowship program designed to develop Indiana’s next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs. Orr Fellows are selected from hundreds of applicants each year through a highly competitive application and interview process, with the goal of keeping Indiana's young talent within the state.

I wanted to learn how to make cheese and ice cream, so I spent the summer learning at one of the most innovative dairy plants in the country, South Dakota State University.

Born and raised on a dairy farm in Northwest Indiana, which provided the opportunity to learn the value of hard work and responsibility at a very young age, through the many tasks associated with running a family dairy farming operation.
