· Led a team of 6 in solving a problem faced by the United States Space Force: Space Acquisition Management Delta (SAM-D) stakeholders need a system to collect and display detailed price/cost data to build accurate government procurement estimates.· After seeking out and completing more than 50 beneficiary discovery interviews, our team developed a solution by making use of subcontracted SAAS platforms. This resulted in SAM-D’s implementation of new software, streamlining the procurement process, and saving the USSF time and money throughout the labor acquisition process.
