One size never fits all and the need for businesses to adapt and evolve to navigate the challenges of today and develop the resiliency to weather the challenges that present themselves in the future is relentless.My passion is helping organizations maximize the potential of their business through data and data-driven operations and adapting to their constantly changing circumstances, both internal and external. I’ve worn many hats in my career, many of them at the same time, and I draw on experience from an eclectic background that has provided me with the tools and experience necessary to build and develop high performing cross-functional teams to tackle even the most complicated challenges an organization might face. That experience has also helped me distill my professional value over time to a few salient points:+I am equal parts creative and analytical.+I can speak the various languages within an organization: technology, data, operations, sales, strategy, leadership, and business. Communication and understanding are the foundation to success. +Trust, passion, and accountability are paramount to success.+Succeeding and succeeding the right way is important. It doesn’t matter who gets the credit.+Execution is my bailiwick. I really enjoy coming up with the ideas but, in the word of John Doerr: “Ideas are easy. Execution is everything. It takes a team to win.” +You can’t bring me bad news fast enough.
