I’ve worn many hats in my career, many of them at the same time, and I draw on experience from an eclectic background that has provided me with the tools and experience necessary to build and develop high performing cross-functional teams to tackle even the most complicated challenges an organization might face. It doesn’t matter who gets the credit.+Execution is my bailiwick. I really enjoy coming up with the ideas but, in the word of John Doerr: “Ideas are easy. Execution is everything. It takes a team to win.” +You can’t bring me bad news fast enough.
