Recently joined St Austell as a brewer and I am learning the role in all areas starting in fermentation with processing and brewing to follow.Previously Junior Brewer at Polly’s Brew Co in North Wales having developed from Lead Packaging and Cellar Assistant. The development path has allowed me to be confident in all aspects of the brewery. Following Standard Operating Procedures to deliver a quality product, packed ready for consumers to enjoy.Previously a Despatch manager at Dunbia group after graduating from Newcastle University with a degree in Agriculture with Livestock Production. At Dunbia I oversaw the operation of a department containing 18 employees.During my time at Dunbia I was selected to attend a Young managers Development Programme at the University of Dublin. Part of the the winning project team.I am a thorough and hard-worker, I have always been part of many teams and enjoy working with other people. I am a very self motivated and flexible individual, learning and adjusting all the time through employment and work experience. I have always had a keen interest in the livestock industry and have combined this with the food industry in my current role, my current employment allows my operational experience to be exercised whilst exploring a new venture.I am continually looking for new opportunities to develop myself as a manager and a professional.Any queries don't hesitate to contact me.
