Responsible for foundry relationship in ASIA for physical verification products (DRC/LVS). Focus on the relationship building with TSMC and deliver the excellent DRC/LVS runset. - 2010 ~ 2012: Setup the secure chamber at TSMC. Enable the joined runset development from India and US teams. Dramatically reduce the travel cost from US and India. The productivity for runset development was extremely increased. - 2008 ~ 2012: Significantly improve the customer relationship with TSMC. Built up a local Taiwan team to deliver excellent DRC/LVS runset for TSMC/Magma mutual customers.

Responsible for managing the QA team for Synopsys’ physical verification tool (Hercules). 2002 ~ 2008: Built up a solid QA team up to 25 persons via 3 first line managers. The best software quality assurance team for physical verification tool of Synopsys.2000 ~ 2002: Led Taiwan R&D work together with US teams to release the next generation product of physical verification tool. - Much experience in remote management; 20 engineers in SHA and 5 engineers in Taipei- Build up a high productivity QA team for Synopsys DFM products- Be able to motivate team members to deliver results- Excellent execution on QA projects- Deliver and communicate testing strategy to cross function teams- Excellent understanding in software developing and testing processes and life cycle
