- Led team to conduct, analyse and report on various Navy-wide surveys, including on employee engagement and psychological readiness. Findings were reported to leaders at all levels and informed numerous process and policy changes.- Developed and guided implementation of the Navy’s inaugural mental health strategy, including the overall framing, mental health training curriculum and publicity efforts.- Coordinated and provided psychological support, triage and stress debriefing to personnel and family members involved in operations, training and critical incidents.- Conducted various quantitative and qualitative studies on topics including retention, training attrition, selection processes, diversity and inclusion and resilience.

- Served aboard the Littoral Mission Vessel as Gunnery Officer followed by Navigation Officer, leading departments to maintain high operational, logistics and psychological readiness.- Handled tactical planning and execution of daily operations, including maritime security and sovereignty operations at sea.- Collaborated with Whole-of-government agencies and ASEAN counterparts to plan and execute naval exercises and interactions.
