I am leading the team in championing the growth, driving the vision, strategic planning, and institutional development of Feed the Children, Kenya.I ensure quality programming and organizational success, collaborating with global and regional technical leaders and liaising with government stakeholders. I represent Feed, the Children, Inc. in Kenya and responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with current, former, and new funders and key stakeholders, such as the Government of Kenya and Private Sector.     I was honored to lead a diverse team of highly innovative program experts with distinguished technical specialties in economic empowerment, food security, Climate Change adaptation, program development, and partnership management. Overseeing implementation and management of Feed the Children Livelihoods and Resilience interventions in Kenya (Samburu, Turkana, Kajiado, and Nairobi Counties). I led building of a robust synergies to steer the design and implementation of a multi-country, multi-year food security, economic empowerment, and resilience program in Kenya. My main role was to offer strategic support to Livelihood activities focused on improving financial management at the household level, improving community participation, partnership, and support, and increasing food diversity in the community to become self-reliant, financially stable, and food secure.Key responsibilities. Project management . Fundraising, Financial& Budget Management . Team managementKey achievements included:•Successful program design that included conducting problem analysis, baseline survey, design of result framework, stakeholder analysis, budgeting, detailed implementation plans, monitoring, evaluation and learning framework, and sustainability plans for the projects. •I spearheaded talent development, support supervision and managing team dynamics and staff well-being. I championed coaching, mentorship, and performance tracking. With the support of our great staff and stakeholders, we reached over 30,000 program participants and their families every year with high quality services around economic empowerment, food security and resilience.

    I was privileged to coordinate technical support for the Feed the Children, Samburu service delivery programs, aimed at improving the social wellbeing and health outcomes of vulnerable mothers of Children under 5 years.
