- To create and deliver design/artwork that communicates Watford FC to a wide-range of audiences - including general fans, non-fans, kids and corporate clients.- To liaise with all departments to understand their requirements and ideas and provide design solutions.- To manage the overall design process - from initial ideas and concepts to completion of final product, ensuring designs are completed within set timescales.- Ensuring departments adhere to design process and completion of initial job brief.- To build and maintain relationship with printers, ensuring the best quality and price.- Managing and updating the Watford FC brand guidelines and making sure any artwork designed adheres to them. - To allocate work accordingly between designers and managing work load.- To manage the status report for weekly meeting, ensure report includes job numbers, timescales and allocation of work.- To provide immediate support for Media and Marketing.- Maintaining and organising the design image library. - To research latest trends and design fashions to enable Watford FC literature to be fresh.- To provide training and help development of Interns.- To maintain and update Mac computers and programmes, in the absence of Mac IT support.

- Greeting customers who enter the shop.- Be involved in stock control and management.- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.- Stocking shelves with merchandise.- Answering queries from customers.- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.- Balancing cash registers with receipts.- Dealing with customer refunds.- Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping.- Responsible dealing with customer complaints.- Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.- Responsible for security within the store and being on the look out for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.- Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock- Keeping up to date with special promotions.
