• Responsible for all strategic aspects of the organization, from sales (patient volume) to marketing (physician relations), to facilities (location and building analyses), to technology (next generation to revolutionize patient care) using market research and business plans.• Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of the organization including HR (staff recruitment and retention, training, mentoring management and staff, discipline, and benefits administration), finances (accounting, budgets), policy/standards development, facilities (upkeep and modernization), and IT (installation, upgrades, technical support, and vendor management / renegotiation of contracts).• Led efforts to create standard operating procedures for all aspects of the organization (staffing, payroll, processes, customer service, healthcare service) after converting centralized command model to decentralized command model, empowering employees with responsibility, accountability, and ownership of their role in the organization.• Led change management, relationship-building, and process re-engineering efforts to maximize patient throughput and eliminate queues resulting in 5 years’ worth of additional x-ray revenue during the first quarter of management (second quarter of employment).
