I played role as Project Lead in Singapore-government-based project TradeXChange (www.tradexchange.gov.sg). TradeXChange provides users with a common access to TradeNet and other international trade systems which have linkages to many Customs, Controlling Agencies and Trading Partners worldwide. I was responsible for building the back-end engine to process e-filing, and establish linkages to US/AUS/CANADA + PAA countries’ Customs and Logistics providers. In charge of requirement analysis / consolidate specifications (EDI and XML) / project planning and monitoring / system design / system development / and customer support. Also handle project documentation for Quality Management System (QMS).

Worked as System Analyst to enhance BIZFILE system for Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). Build Web UI e-Services to allow Companies/Entities to file e-Forms. System utilized Public Service Infrastructure and runs on Oracle DB / Weblogic Server and J2EE/Strut framework. Project ended on April 2006.
