Monitored software usage against imported metrics of overall activity to identify physicians whose use profiles presented opportunities to improve. To do this, I created an automated, internal dashboard that synthesized snapshot metrics for executives to review. From there, I drafted outreach to those physicians and set up demos of the software for the VP of Customer Success. In addition to the customer success-side, I created social media content so the startup could infiltrate the healthcare SaaS industry and attract future stakeholders.
