At Bryant, I design and teach both graduate and undergraduate courses, including MBA courses in Entrepreneurial Leadership and the Business Practicum for second-year graduate students and a Capstone Strategy course for seniors that uses the Harvard Business School case study method. For my graduate coursework, I created and developed all curricula, preparing course materials and activities.My proudest accomplishments include:Mastering a variety of didactic software (Zoom, Blackboard, Safe-Assign, Collaborate) in order to create a more interactive and engaging learning experience.Mentoring an MBA graduate student through the launch of a new company created to reduce the likelihood of contracting Alzheimer’s. Advising another MBA student in developing a program to increase the number of women in finance, which has been adopted by one of the world’s premier investing firms.As part of my Capstone course, my students won the coveted Target competition, which submitted a strategic initiative to the retail company designed to increase their market share of collegiate back-to-school shopping.Being cited by numerous students in their evaluations as being one of the best professors of their college experience.

As President, I build and model company culture, provide leadership, and set the course for the company strategy by adding capital, business experience, product and process expertise, and mentoring skills to this contemporary artist management company designed to nurture emerging talent and periodically showcase work. I am responsible for budgeting and finances, including accounts receivables, accounts payable, tax reporting, and regulatory filings. I source products globally, including US, Europe, and Asia; develop all brand strategy, registering patents and trademarks; and act as the primary spokesperson for the company.My selected accomplishments include:Providing inspirational leadership, management services, and coaching to unknown artists to help them achieve their dreams and ambitions.Revolutionizing fine art marketing by capitalizing on social media platforms and “pop up” galleries to connect artists with new classes of potential customers.
