Far too often, people find themselves working hard and yet not getting the results they expect. Frustration! I work with people and businesses to find ways of working that enables focus - and focus on the right things.I approach these ideas from many directions with two main focus areas: Theory of Constraints and knowledge management. In my Theory of Constraints work, I have worked primarily in project management (critical chain project management) and manufacturing operations management. TOC goes beyond these specific application areas, and I interleave what I learn in TOC and knowledge management to form the basis of my work and my ongoing interests.With knowledge management, I work with organizations to increase collaboration (and knowledge sharing) amongst networks of people. And I work with individuals to guide them in developing their own personal approaches to knowledge management.
