Jack formed MultiTech as a combination of three separate family run IOT organizations, starting with SmartWare in 2018, MultiTech in 2020 and RadioBridge in 2021. SmartWare is known for its innovative sensors used in the jan-san and plumbing channels, MultiTech for its remote communication LORA and Cellular expertise used globally in a diverse group of end markets and Radio Bridge for LORA based sensors used in education, industrial automation and food channels.

LaTavola is a leading provider of ultra premium linens for weddings and corporate events with showrooms across the US. LaTavola acquired WildFlower Linens in March 2017 adding a custom, high service capability in Southern California. Both were equity investments of Frontenac. LaTavola was successfully merged with BBJ on December 31, 2019 ending Frontenac and my involvement.

Brought onto Board to assess management team, enhance European subsidiary and develop plan to manage severe risks to the business. CHG was sold in a highly successful transaction to Windjammer on July 1, 2013.

CHG specializes in designing and sourcing engineered components for the food service industry in North America and Europe. Liberty Partners in New York is the main equity sponsor.

Technical Concepts (TC) is a leading innovator of hygiene products mainly used in away from home wash rooms and wash stations around the world. TC developed a large stable of proprietary products in aircare, soap dispensing, automatic sanitizing and plumbing. Liberty Partners was the main equity sponsor before TC was sold in a highly successful transaction to Newell Rubermaid.

The Marmon Group is a $6 billion international association of industrial companies. In 2002 the Caster Group, a group of 30 manufacturing companies located in 10 countries, was spun out along with some medical companies to form Colson Associates owned by Bob Pritzker.
