Demonstrating the wellbeing benefits of birding and nature through writing and providing engaging presentations for employees, birding associations and societies, nature centers, churches, schools, and other organizations. Through WellBirds we exhibit how birding and connecting with nature contribute to our whole health, including physical, social.

Certified trainer in MHFA, providing training for clients of The Benefit Company. Also available for in-person or remote trainings for other organizations. MHFA teaches your team how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This 8-hour training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide.

As a member of ACLM, and the Lifestyle Medicine in the Workplace & Happiness Science Member Interest Groups, I aimed to take the principles found in ACLM and lead our employer clients in applying them within their workplace wellbeing strategies for their employees. Through development and promotion of educational events, tools, resources and campaigns.
