Business Analyst and test lead for the development of the VATS (Vendor Allowance Tracking System) . This was the development of a new COBOL/JAVA/DB2 based application.

Worked in a Business Analyst Role in the conversion of an ADP/Peoplesoft Payroll/HR system to the Oracle HRMS system. Created the requirements and technical design documents of the various external interfaces. Created the technical specs for the development team. Created test plans, executed the test plans and verified results with the Business users. Created numerous PL/SQL programs to audit the results of the payroll and external interfaces.

Worked as a consultant to American Express on the QUATRO project in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This project was the development of a Healthcare Payment system in an IBM Mainframe environment using IMS database.

Communications Specialist defining and maintaining VTAM and NCP and CICS for a large Healthcare network linking Datacare to various healthcare providers. Created various Assembler applications to support special 3270 protocols and LU6.2 communications.
