I manage the procurement, construction, and breaching departments of a 900-employee organization. I am responsible for negotiating complex transactions on new and existing construction, resource acquisition, and determining deliverables required for services provided, oftentimes under constrained timelines. Through stakeholder management, deliberate resource allocation, and a focus on cost-effectiveness, I ensure the quality of goods/services provided, training proficiency, and overall compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

As a mid-level manager, I led diverse teams of employees in pursuit of the organization's strategic objectives. I developed, implemented, and refined the business strategy, and managed the tactics used to achieve these ends. With a dedicated focus on culture, I aligned the higher organization's business objectives and strategy with the goals and initiatives of entry level employees. I was often required to lead and coach multinational North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) teams of employees in strategic planning and implementation throughout the European continent.
