As Co-Founder of the Davis Skate Park Association I am working with members of the association, the City of Davis, Skate Park Vendors, and the Davis/Sacramento Metropolitan Area skate community to create a new skate park in Davis, California. My main roles are to determine and represent the needs and desires of the local skate community, generate and organize funds for the development of the new park, and collaborate on the various logistics required to bring a new skate park to life.

I serve as an educational facilitator for the Center for Effective Altruism's Virtual Programs. I facilitate discussions and teach materials for the Introduction and In-depth programs. These programs last eight weeks, typically involve four to ten students from across the globe, and teach the fundamentals of Effective Altruism.

As Director of Research I led the company's contracted programming services, managing 50+ research studies at any given time. The contract programming services I provided for each study entailed a thorough coverage of the research process, from consulting on their study design to meet the needs of their research question, programming their study in JavaScript, managing data collection, to providing a cleaned dataset ready to answer their research questions. Numerous projects involved me serving as a research consultant and collaborating with researchers to create novel measures for their study. Outside of Project Implicit's contracted work, I consulted on our educational services, oversaw the organization's massive outreach email, and served as the organization's gadfly for systems and protocols that are standardized, highly organized and will stand the test of time as the organization evolves.

I was the inaugural lab manager at the Cognition in Context Lab. As lab manager, I researched, completed various logistics, created documentation, and set up the foundations to conduct psychological research in person and online. In addition, I managed and coordinated with a large research team between the director, post-docs, graduate students, and research assistants. I lead and collaborated on several research projects. One of the projects is in preparation to be submitted to a peer-review journal where I am the first author. I also served as a mentor on this project, for a student who received UC Davis's Office of Educational Opportunity and Enrichment Services Summer Research Fellowship. Another project I served as the mentor for two senior thesis students.

As a Summer Research Program Student, I participated in a 10-week seminar where I attended weekly lectures by experts in the field of moral psychology and created a research proposal with colleagues.

I was a research assistant at the Social Kids Lab and Prejudice and Intergroup Relations Lab. I assisted with study development, study running, and data coding on projects investigating implicit attitudes in children and adults and how to intervene on biases.
