Staff Product Manager
CurrentSince joining the company as employee #1 I have driven growth and scaled teams & products, contributing to building a successful company with over 90 employees. Reporting directly to the CEO I have been a key contributor to growing ARR from $0 to eight-figure revenue and raising successful funding rounds (over $33mm in total).I joined the Product team in March 2021 to accelerate Product Development. In my current role as Staff Product Manager I have: ▪️Successfully built and expanded a new business line from scratch, contributing to over 30% of the company's annual revenue in under 12 months. Worked closely with the CEO as part of the Executive Team and served as the General Manager.▪️Played a key role in redefining the company's strategic mission, leading to a 5x expansion of the target market for the new business.▪️Took full ownership of the multiple product lifecycles, overseeing the vision, roadmap, and feature delivery. Implemented effective marketing, sales, and partnership strategies in collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer to drive product success.▪️Supported the significant growth of the Product organisation by tripling its size, while implementing new subfunctions, processes and technology.▪️Assisted the CEO in creating fundraising materials for top-tier VC funds and investors.
