I am currently an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative for insurance policies & accounts of Commercial Lines at McNamara Company. My day to day job involves handling client questions & requests, taking calls or emails for new customers, updating or renewing policies, submitting claims, quoting new business proposals for a variety of policy types and businesses, and any other things needed for our accounts. I was most recently an Executive Team Leader for Target Corporation. My focus was in Logistics & Operations, but I also had experience in Sales Floor and Grocery roles as well. I was in this role for 4 1/2 years, since receiving an Internship opportunity in the summer before my senior year of college and was promoted to new positions 4 times so far, showing my hard work, dedication, and adaptability to different roles. In the spring of 2016, I graduated from the University of St Thomas and received my bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, as well as a separate degree in Spanish as a double major. Finishing with a cumulative 3.4 GPA, I excelled in the studies of Business, Management, and Marketing. Known as a very driven, hard-working, and focused individual, I hope to convert these skills into a mutually beneficial position related to my interest in marketing, advertising, and promotions as well as years of experience in management and leadership. . During my time at school, I was extremely involved on campus in a number of different activities showing my initiative and passion, including President of the Sports Business Club, President of the Student Alumni Council, Captain of the Love Your Melon Ambassador Crew, an Undergraduate Business Mentor, RA for an on campus dormitory hall, a tour guide & on campus ambassador for prospective future students.I spent the month of January in 2015 studying abroad in Merida, Mexico. I have been an intern with the St Paul Saints and MN United FC sports teams and with Blue Octopus LLC in recruiting.
