About Jack Merrell

I lead at the apex of innovation, where technology meets people. As the leader of PurposeMed's service team, I am accountable to the consistent delivery of exceptional patient experience to our communities. I'm also responsible for working in lockstep with our technology leadership team to define a product roadmap that delivers step-change improvements to both customer experience and operating cost.With 8 years of experience leading in high-growth environments, I've honed my skills as a servant leader of large and complex teams. I relish my role developing leadership talent in both one-on-one coaching and in designing people systems to that allows leadership culture to scale through multiple reporting layers. As a department leader, I focus on constantly improving and simplifying the systems and processes that support my people multiple functional areas collaborate with optimal efficiency and with diminishing cost.
