Program and operations management for the official London 2012 sport volunteering legacy organization as they transitioned from a single event-based business model to a sustainable program of year-round activity.Reported to CEO and COO in managing the Trust’s overall program, developing new project tracking and management tools, including Merlin Gantt charts, risks & issues registers and project reporting templates.Assisted the CEO in writing the official 2013 evaluation documentation and in the revision of the Trust’s 3-year business strategy, both for presentation to central government and non-commercial funding partners. The revised business strategy subsequently led to a media partnership with ITV and commercial partnership with Intersport within 12 months.Managed the organisations monitoring and research programme, co-ordinating with external research organisations.Co-ordinated the Board of Trustees and oversaw preparation of meeting papers for the Trust’s monthly Board meetings.Prepared and co-ordinated monthly reporting documents to central government and the Big Lottery Fund.

Project, brand and event manager overseeing delivery of four giant installations of Olympic Rings and the Paralympic symbol (Spectaculars), including co-ordination of high profile launch events with national and international media.Strategy consultant to project managers within the Spectaculars team to ensure uniform delivery across the brand programme. Working closely with the International Olympic Committee and International Paralympic committee, the London 2012 Spectaculars branding programme is the most successful in the history of both Games.Programme and strategy analyst for ports of entry marketing initiatives, a project that diversified the Spectaculars portfolio.

Part of a small team that produced a comprehensive branding guide to help UK local authorities develop their street-dressing plans for London 2012. Successful engagement of communities across a host nation had never been achieved before.Worked closely with Brand, Legal, Design and Sustainability teams, as well as external government and commercial stakeholders, to develop a multi-level approvals process for UK-wide community street dressing plans.Assisted the Special Advisor to the Director of Brand Marketing and Culture in the preparation and implementation of a groundbreaking dual Olympic and Paralympic branding proposal. This generated a significant cost saving across all departments as a result of reduced obligation to transition all branding from Olympic to Paralympic.
