Developed a department for the design, manufacture, testing, and technical support of electrical seat actuation systems. Participated in all aspects of the completion project, from design to fabrication and installation. Overall responsibility for the Completions Process of assigned aircraft from facility induction to Production Build Complete (PBC). Worked directly with the Completions Manager to plan, schedule and execute aircraft completions to meet department goals and financial margins. Managed all resources to include direct team assignments. Coordinated with other support departments to ensure assigned team structure, manpower control for both direct and indirect reports and task distribution to meet schedule requirements and bid hours. Troubleshot, repaired, adjusted and modified aircraft electrical, pressurization, oxygen, and refrigeration systems on C9A aircraft. Served role as flight line crew chief, launching and recovering aircraft and performing flight line maintenance and refueling tasks.
