Being a relationship counsellor between people and AI isn’t easy—it’s a relationship full of misunderstandings, utter confusion and the occasional existential crisis. With a background in education, engineering, and health sciences, I serve as the mediator—ensuring AI and humans collaborate seamlessly to drive innovation and solve problems on an unprecedented scale, whether in classrooms, labs, or businesses. I’m a third-year undergraduate at the University of Sydney, studying Neuroscience and Software Engineering. This multidisciplinary education empowers me to approach challenges creatively, merging insights from psychology, biology, and engineering to tackle complex problems in various different contexts. Beyond my studies, I contribute to the university community: • Student Partner for Generative AI: Advising on integrating AI into education and university processes, I bring a valuable student perspective to the conversation. I’ve presented on generative AI to universities across Australia, the University of Sydney Senate, and Adobe Headquarters, and appeared in articles and podcasts from institutions like The Guardian, sharing insights on how AI is shaping the future of education. • A Lead of the Undergraduate Engineering Mentoring Program: Hosting events and seminars for aspiring engineers, I nurture their growth and inspire them to excel. Designing and delivering in-person and online training sessions for over a thousand students has deepened my passion for education and culture-building. As an intern at the startup Affectable Sleep, I merge my passion for health and technology by developing consumer sleep technology for the millions! Utilizing my expertise in Rust and Python for EEG data analysis, I apply my academic knowledge to real-world challenges, enhancing sleep health for individuals. My enthusiasm and communication skills enable me to navigate both technical details and big-picture discussions. Whether presenting at major institutions or mentoring students, I translate complex ideas into accessible insights, making AI and technology approachable and exciting. At the core of everything I do, I believe in technology’s potential to transform industries and improve health and well-being—but only when it works in harmony with the people who use it. My mission is to ensure that AI and human collaboration isn’t just a possibility but a sustainable, meaningful reality. Feel free to reach out to discuss collaboration opportunities in achieving my mission or yours through integrating AI technology.
