Having always had a passion for helping people achieve their potential, my career path has lead me naturally to the coaching industry. Over the years I have attained: a L5 diploma in psychology, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Politics of Education, a Masters degree in Communication and Language; Internationally accredited Counselling and NLP qualifications as well as many other individualised training in Communications and Coaching. I have worked in high pressure industries such as Recruitment and Training, not only as a specialist in Sales Management Placement but as a trainer to develop people and teams to achieve outstanding results, create communicative workspaces and manage conflict resolution. I have also worked internationally for the Universities of Australia and America as well as the UK, developing programs and schools of English to enhance communication and achievement both orally and through the written word.Using a variety of skills and techniques, I have developed through my career and training, I am able to empower you to overcome limiting beliefs or barriers that can prevent you from getting the best out of life. Whether that be focussing on career, relationships, health or just through building confidence and positivity, working with me will enhance and improve many aspects of your life.
