• Handling diverse premium clientele of Consortio Services including local and overseas banking across Asia Pacific• Managing and ensuring meeting of customer’s requests through sourcing online and liaison with related businesses• Assisting of operation manager training and preparing of training materials for new relationship officers

• Handling of inbound calls in Singapore and Hong Kong, including regional office liaisons• Placing of orders using Internet-based software SAP• Managing of customer enquiries and solving machine technical issue

• Handling customer’s orders and request with professionalism• Interacting and coordinating of staff within company network and vendors for order fulfillment• Reporting of service performance and management

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the store• Lead & supervise a team of F&B staffs• Monitor and manage F&B staff by regularly conducting performance assessments, providing feedback and setting challenging goals to improve operational performance• Administer staff record, submit reports to immediate supervisor• Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations• Maintain update records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses• Develop actions plans for the team to meet Operational and organizational objectives• Develop strategic and operational plans for managing execution and measuring results of store• Ensure store in maintained according to sanitation and cleaning standards• Liaise with client on the catering requirements and handle catering setup if there is any event• To ensure that all staff provide a courteous standard of service and deal with any customer/staff issues which arise during operation hours• Undertake the above duties working on a rotational basis and any additional duties as requested by Management.
