With passion, vision and optimism I face my IT challenges everyday. At FET in year 2015 I have involved the video streaming business and responsible for its IT head to support business launch and growth. Also for last 15 years I have experienced and achieved many new establishment, migration, upgrade and operation stablization in IT infrastructure, especially for coming IT transformation to new IT era at FET. For over 20 years of IT, 15 years of Telecomm working experience and over 10 years of managment experience, I have gone through overall posts of IT infrastructure in Telecomm domain. As a manager, I am innovative, generous to share and care team members to get one team, one goal, one future. I have been as the positions as below to lead and manage team go through both extremely the good and bad time of economic lifecycle.
