Worked primarily on preparing all chemical engineering labs for the incoming school year. This includes testing the air velocity of laboratory fume hoods and exhaust snorkels, and running lab tests on different equipment that will be used this upcoming semester. Also worked on checking inventory making sure all low/empty chemical powders and solutions were stocked.

- Assisted in the transitioning of dry film photoresist production to a different site. Work on correcting inspection limit differences between the two plants as well as updating documents and procedures based on changes made to inspection limits. - Utilized Power BI, Microsoft excel and query to create a database which displayed production yields separated by product type, date, batch number, and reason for loss. This application was used on low yielding polyimide films to find points of improvement needed. - Conducted a process hazard assessment on 20 different chemicals used in current processes plant as well as an evaluating a dust collector’s max powder explosion range. - Conducted research on how the environment effects the aging of different dry film photoresist products which was used to establish a more efficient storage system.- Work on the installation of a new solvent wash sink this included sketching of the sinks pipeline, valves, and pump as well as calculations for flowrate.

- Conducted Gage R&R analysis on 4 metrology tools, leading to an increase in accuracy and reliability of the surface photo voltage tool. - Developed new recipes for wafer particle measurements to match and improve an outdated particle count tool to current tools.- Qualified new HCl source from vendors by extensive testing and data collection to improve supply chain reliability and quality in the process.- Reinstated a 4-point probe wafer thickness measurement tool by calibrating the tool to match measurements for different ranges to current in process tools.

- Designed and integrated a real-time system that displays current reactors condition and performance data for 300 reactors using Pi Vision. - Implemented a real-time alert system that sends notifications to relevant personnel within seconds of an out-of-spec event occurring, minimizing the risk of safety incidents. - Tested and implemented a new data-storing system that takes data from Pi System Explorer and integrates it into Cloudberry by using ODIN. - Utilized Pi System Explorer to design and implement a live data storage system that captured real-time statistical data for analysis.
