Malaysian startup with an AI-powered job matching platform to revolutionize talent acquisition for interns and fresh graduates.• Developed the mobile app (former platform), and current web app of Kabel's job matching platform using Flutter, focusing on developing key features such as KIV page used to manage applied jobs for candidate side and job post applicant flow for hirer side.• Integrated WhatsApp Business Platform with the web app to use WhatsApp as the platform's authentication method and main channel of communication between hirers and jobseekers. This allows for a scalable method of effectively connecting the users of the platform.• Engineered a user migration feature utilizing WhatsApp Business Platform to seamlessly migrate users from the former mobile app to the current web app.• Developed an Android App (for internal use) with image and text recognition capabilities to allow for a unique and effective method to onboard users onto the platform by scanning job posters and student resumes while providing users a 1 click experience throughout the entire process.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams (product, design, frontend) to deliver a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.• Proactively explored and integrated new technologies and techniques within the rapidly evolving field of AI to boost development and ultimately enhance the platform's capabilities. Examples of tools utilized are GitHub Copilot, Google AI Studio and Cursor.
