JOB FUNCTION:Reports to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer:Oversee the entire People & Culture operations, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, and DEI Internal Marketing.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s annual goals to drive organizational growth and employee engagement.Spearhead employee engagement initiatives, including happiness projects and innovation culture programs to foster a positive workplace environment.Design and execute internal marketing strategies to promote Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) throughout the organization.Ensure compliance with labor laws and develop HR policies to support the company’s objectives.

RECRUITMENT• Handles end to end recruitment process of existing stores and business expansion.• Monitoring of manning and maintenance of personnel data records.LABOR RELATIONS• In charged of Admin Cases Investigation and recommends corrective action to the Management• Handles employee relation concern, discipline management, counseling, and exit interviews • Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures• Reports & Presents to the Management & Operations Committee on Area Account ManagementTRAINING & DEVELOPMENT• Conducts orientation, facilitate Training Modules & regular learning sessions to all employeesCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS• Assist in timekeeping and administration of compensation and benefits

• Process Business Unit’s Corporate & Operations manpower requisitions and sourcing.• Handles provincial overall Recruitment Account Project Management / Store Expansion Program.• In-charge of applicant screening, testing, background checking, job offer and endorsement to requesting department / business unit.• Coordinates and maintain tie-ups with Local Recruitment sources in Metro Manila and Provincial Offices.• Preparation of job vacancy and manage JobStreet, Jobs DB, and other online recruitment system, makes sure that their features are maximized and support a faster hiring process and higher success rates.• In-charge of monthly Recruitment Report and maintain HR records and databases and provide admin task for the department.
